Mix all the ingrdients except water.
Knead the dough thoroughly.
Add water little by little to make a smooth ball of dough.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Take a plastic sheet grase it with oil or ghee.
Place each ball on the sheet and roll it into a thin puri with fingers.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry 2-3 puir's at a time.
Repeat this for all the balls made out of dough.
Let them cool so that they become cripsy.
I am sure these will be enjoyed with all the family members. These can stored in a airtight container for more than 10 days. Note:
If the dough becomes loose, let it refrigirate for 10-15 min.
