Egg Free Chocolate Mousse

Method
  1. Beat cream cheese with cocoa and curds till smooth.
  2. Soak gelatin in � cup of water.
  3. Combine sugar with � cup of water. Dissolve over a low flame.
  4. Dissolve gelatin over a low flame and add to the sugar syrup.
  5. Stir in coffee powder. Blend this liquid into cream cheese mixture.
  6. Cool completely and add well chilled milk.
  7. Pour this mixture in a bowl and place the bowl in a larger bowl filled with ice cubes.
  8. Stir till the mixture begins to thicken. Stir in the whipped cream.
  9. Pour in 6 individual pudding glasses and place in the fridge to set.
  10. Serve decorated with grated chocolate.

250 g - cream cheese
� cup - fresh curds
1 � tbsp - cocoa
1 cup - sugar
4 tsp - gelatin
1 tsp - instant coffee powder
1 cup - chilled milk
1\2 cup - fresh cream, lightly whipped
grated chocolate to decorate
