Eggless Chocolate Cake

Method
  1. Through double boiler method melt butter, chocolate sugar and water.
  2. Allow to cool completely.
  3. Once cooled just add flour. Don't over whisk but at the same time there should not be lumps of flour.
  4. Bake in the gas oven at 180 degree for 60 t0 80 mts.
  5. I have done in microwave convection mode, 180 degree in round aluminium mould about 30 mts.
  6. The cake rises and cracks but comes back to shape once done.
  7. And if it is very sticky, use grease proof paper in the bottom of the baking dish.
Ingredients:
300 g - wheat or all purpose flour
250 g - unsalted butter
250 g - dark brown sugar
200 g - dark cooking chocolate
375 ml - lukewarm water
1 tsp - baking soda
