Method
- Through double boiler method melt butter, chocolate sugar and water.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Once cooled just add flour. Don't over whisk but at the same time there should not be lumps of flour.
- Bake in the gas oven at 180 degree for 60 t0 80 mts.
- I have done in microwave convection mode, 180 degree in round aluminium mould about 30 mts.
- The cake rises and cracks but comes back to shape once done.
- And if it is very sticky, use grease proof paper in the bottom of the baking dish.
Ingredients:
300 g - wheat or all purpose flour
250 g - unsalted butter
250 g - dark brown sugar
200 g - dark cooking chocolate
375 ml - lukewarm water
1 tsp - baking soda
