Method
  1. In a large bowl sift and mix together the dry ingredients.
  2. In another bowl mix the wet ingredients and whisk till completely dissolved.
  3. Now mix both till completely blended and preheat Oven to 350F
  4. Roll out the dough in your hand into small balls and then cover them with cinnamon sugar
  5. Place them in baking sheet and give them a light press with the bottom of a glass tumbler.
  6. Bake them for 10-15 min till the edges turn brown.
  7. Cool them for 10-15 min when they will harden and get crispier.They taste better and better with time.

Ingredients:
1 cup - whole wheat flour
1 cup - all purpose flour
1/2 cup - wheat germ
1/2 cup - brown sugar
1/2 cup - unsulphered molasses
1/3 cup - vegetable oil
1/3 cup - water
1/2 tsp - salt
1 1/2 tsp - baking soda
1/2 tsp - cinnamon ( plus 1/2 tsp mixed with little sugar for sprinkling)
4 tsp - ground ginger
1/2 tsp - ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp - ground cloves
few drops - vanilla extract
