Delicious Vermicelli Paayasam

Method
  1. Bring milk to a boil and then add all the ingredients.
  2. Stir continously and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Garnish with roasted and crushed cashews, almonds, pistachios and raisins.
Ingredients:
1 cup - roasted vermicelli
1/2 litre - milk
1/2 tsp - saffron
1 tbsp - butterscotch milkshake mix
sugar to taste

For Garnishing:
1 tbsp - roasted and crushed cashews, almonds, pistachios
1 tsp - raisins
