Method
- Peel and mash the chickoos.
- Cook in a vessel for 5 mins.
- Add Sugar free and stir till it is absorbed completely.
- Remove and add mava. Mix well.
- Then pour into a dish and sprinkle powdered cardamoms.
- Spread silver paper.

200 g - mava
7 tbsp - sugar free
3 to 4 - cardamoms
