Method
  1. Peel and mash the chickoos.
  2. Cook in a vessel for 5 mins.
  3. Add Sugar free and stir till it is absorbed completely.
  4. Remove and add mava. Mix well.
  5. Then pour into a dish and sprinkle powdered cardamoms.
  6. Spread silver paper.
Ingredients:
5 - chickoos
200 g - mava
7 tbsp - sugar free
3 to 4 - cardamoms
