Method
Boil the dal and strain off the water.
Crush the dals a bit.
Heat ghee in the pan.
Add the grated coconut fry till it turns brown.
Then add the crushed dal mixture, cardomom powder, sugar and keep stirring till it leaves the sides of pan.
Spread it on the thaali and decorate with monnaca.
A nutritious halwa without any essence or colour.

250g - mix daal(chana, tur, yellow moong)
2 tbsp - ghee
