Method
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Put a kettle of water to boil.
  2. Whip condensed milk and yoghurt, smooth and fluffy. Take care not to overbeat or else yoghurt will emit water.
  3. Pour into a shallow ceramic or pyrex oven proof dish.
  4. Decorate with nuts and raisins.
  5. Set the dish on a baking tray. Pour hot water, 1/2 way up the dish.
  6. Bake for 1/2 an hour or till skewer inserted comes out clean.

1 tin sweetened condensed milk
400 gms unsweetened yoghurt
Nuts and raisins – to decorate
