Cake rasmalai

  1. Sieve flour. In a mixing bowl, melt butter.
  2. Add flour, sugar, milk and mix well.
  3. Add condensed milk. Beat well till smooth and soft.
  4. Greased the baking tray with butter. Pour the batter into it. Topped with nuts and raisins.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes in micro-oven at 100 degrees centigrade.
  6. Cool it .Cut into pieces.
  7. Boil milk with sugar. Let it cool.
  8. Add cake pieces. Let it soak in milk. Garnish with nuts and raisins.
  9. Cake rasamalai is ready.
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup milk
4 tsp butter
1 pinch baking powder
1 tbsp nuts and raisins

For malai:

1 litre milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp nuts and raisins
