Method
- Take a heavy bottom tava & pour ghee on low flame.
- Add all three flour and mix it till flour become reddish light brown in color.
- Remove the mixture from the gas and cool it for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add chopped jaggery in the mixture and add flaked coconut.
- Take an empty dish or thali and spread some ghee on the thali.
- Pour all the mixture and spread it evenly.
- Leave the mixture to cool for some time and cut the mixture in to diamond shape.
Ingredients:
1 cup - whole wheat flour
1 cup - bajri flour
1 cup - beasn or chanadal flour
1 cup - flaked coconut
3/4 cup to 1 cup - ghee
3/4 cup to 1 cup - jaggery
