Method
  1. Take a heavy bottom tava & pour ghee on low flame.
  2. Add all three flour and mix it till flour become reddish light brown in color.
  3. Remove the mixture from the gas and cool it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Then add chopped jaggery in the mixture and add flaked coconut.
  5. Take an empty dish or thali and spread some ghee on the thali.
  6. Pour all the mixture and spread it evenly.
  7. Leave the mixture to cool for some time and cut the mixture in to diamond shape.
Ingredients:
1 cup - whole wheat flour
1 cup - bajri flour
1 cup - beasn or chanadal flour
1 cup - flaked coconut
3/4 cup to 1 cup - ghee
3/4 cup to 1 cup - jaggery
