Method
  1. Grind the roasted peanuts and jaggery together in dry mixer.
  2. Add elachi powder to it.
  3. Mix the wheat flour with a pinch of salt and little water as we do for making chappatis slightly stiff.
  4. Spread the rolls into small like we make for puris .
  5. Stuff the peanut and jaggery powder to it and spread not too big.
  6. Cook in the tawa .
  7. Before serving spread 1tsp of ghee to each sweet chappati and serve.
Ingredients:
wheat flour - 1 cup
jaggery - 150 gms
roasted peanuts - 150gms
elachi - 5 nos
ghee to taste
salt to taste
