Method
  1. Lightly heat ghee in a heavy bottom vessel.
  2. Add the wheat flour and saut� the wheat flour till golden brown.
  3. Gradually add the jaggery and water, stirring continuously, so that no lumps are formed.
  4. Cook till all the water has been absorbed.
  5. Serve hot garnished with finely sliced almonds.
Ingredients:
1 cup - atta (wheat flour)
3/4 cup- jaggery
3/4 cup - ghee
14 to 16 - finely sliced almonds (for garnishing)
2 1/2 cups - water
