Method
- Heat a pan, add ghee and poha and fry it till is brown.
- Take jaggery and make thick syrup, add poha and fried channa dal.
- Add poha and elachi powder and after some time make small balls.
- Can be served as snack in lunch box.
Ingredients:
3 cup - poha
1 cup - jaggery
1 cup - fried channa dal
4 tsp - ghee
1 tsp - elachi
1 tsp - dry ginger powder
