Method
  1. Wash and soak the rice for a few hours.
  2. Drain and grind to a paste.
  3. Mix in jaggery and grind once again till smooth and thick.
  4. Pour in enough milk to form, a thick batter.
  5. Now mix in pepper and coconut and drop teaspoonfuls of batter in hot ghee, deep fry to a golden brown colour.
  6. Drain thoroughly and serve hot.
Ingredients:
100 g - rice
75 g - finely grated jaggery
milk
1/4 - finely grated coconut
1/2 tsp - pepper
