Soak the rice for 30 mins & drain it.
In a thick pan boil the milk with water, while boiling starts add the rice and cook it completely by reducing thestove to low heat.
Stir the rice for two minutes once, to avoid the burning in the bottom of the pan.
When rice is completely cooked add the prepared sugar syrup to the rice and stir well to avoid thelumps.
Keep it for ten minutes in low flame & serve it after 30 mins to enjoy thetaste.
