Method

  1. Soak the dates fruits in the water for 1 hour after washing.

  2. Grind into a paste, with a little amount of water.

  3. Fry 1 tsp of wheat flour till it turns light brown, add this paste, with 3 tsp water.

  4. Close it for a while and add 4 tsp of sugar in it.

  5. Stir it for 10 minutes, in the interval add some ghee and remove it until it is sticky.

  6. Fry the cashewnuts and cardamom in the ghee and put it in the dates Halwa.

It can be stored in the refrigerator for 10 days.

200 gm Dates (seedless)
1 tsp Wheat flour
4 tsp Brown Sugar
Pinch of Cardamom
Ghee
Cashewnuts
