Method
  1. For preparing a good stuffing take a karai, mix sugar & coconut, stir well in a low flame, add khoya &fry untill make a dough.

  2. Now take plainflour in a bowl; add rawa, riceflour,a pinch of crushed green cardamom for flavour & mix well; add milk to prepare a smooth thick batter.

  3. Take a tawa, put little bit oil/ghee, pour some batter &make a pancake in a low flame, put the coconut-kheer stuffing, fold the pancake very well so that stuffing can't come out & fry it in a low flame untill it colour changes. You have to add little bit oil/ghee so that the pati sapta can't stick with tawa when you fry.

  4. Now searve it hot or dip in kheer & keep it in the freeze for few times.

Ingredients:
For Batter:
plainflour 1 cup
rawa 1 teaspoon
riceflour 2 tablespoon
milk 1/2 cup
greencardamom
oil/ghee for fry

For Stuffing:
Grated coconut 1cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Khoya
