Method
Mix curd, maida, saffron and yeast with a little oil to make a batter.
Allow it tostay for several hours till it rises.
Boil sugar to get a thick two-strand syrup.
Keep it in warm water on a stove.
Fill the batter into a squeeze bottle.
Squeeze into jalebis in hot oil.
Drain quickly.
Dip in syrup for 2 minutes.
Drain and cool.
