Method
- Fry the gram flour till the raw smell is gone.
- Ghee, sugar, elachi powder and half cup of water should be boiled.
- When it starts boiling nicely, add one tablespoon of milk. when the milk starts boiling nicely reduce the flame.
- Add the gram flour and mix well till it becomes thick and does not stick to the vessel.
- As soon as bubbles appear, pour out on to a plate and shake the plate lightly to even out the mixture.
- Allow it to dry.
- Cut it into pieces after half-an-hour and serve.

1 cup - gram flour
2 & 1/2 cup - sugar
2 cups - ghee
1 tsp - cardamom powder
