Mix maida and besan. Mix sugar and water and make light syrup (not thick).
In one vessel heat the ghee (till the bubbling).
Mix the above mix (maida+besan)in the syrup and keep on stirring. Avoid formation of lumps.
And keep on mixing the ghee in 3 batches.
When you see the formation of net remove it from the fire and pour this mixture in the tray and spread.
Cut it in pieces when hot.
