Method

  1. Mix maida and besan. Mix sugar and water and make light syrup (not thick).

  2. In one vessel heat the ghee (till the bubbling).

  3. Mix the above mix (maida+besan)in the syrup and keep on stirring. Avoid formation of lumps.

  4. And keep on mixing the ghee in 3 batches.

  5. When you see the formation of net remove it from the fire and pour this mixture in the tray and spread.

  6. Cut it in pieces when hot.

Ingredients:
1 bowl besan (gram flour)
1/4 bowl maida (all purpose flour)
3 bowls sugar
3 bowls vanaspati ghee/oil
1 1/2 bowls water for syrup
