Method
- Mix required amount of baking soda and salt in maida (maize flour) and make a paste
- Meanwhile with sugar and water make sugar syrup and keep aside with some cardamom sprinkled in it.
- Smash the boiled potatoes and make round balls and dip in the maize flour paste.
- Fry the potato balls with maize flour paste till it is golden brown.
- Put the fried balls in the sugar syrup and wait for some time to serve
