Method
- Boil milk on low heat.
Add raisins and small pieces of Cashew nuts to it.
Stir it from time to time for a long time till it becomes very thick to
form Rabri. Milk should become as thick as cream.
- Cool it and add sugar powder to it according to your taste. Mix well.
- Cut Mango from centre along the entire curve of it. Place your knife inwards
from the cut end parallel and very close to the seed and slowly turn the knife
along the entire curvature of the mango to loosen the seed.
- Repeat step 3 in opposite direction also to completely loosen the seed and
finally remove it. This will result in two pieces of mangoes in the shape of cups with their
center portion hollow and sides with pulp.
- Fill this center portion with the Rabri and decorate with Cashew nuts at the
top.
- Refrigerate it for minimum three hours before you serve them to your Guests
with spoons in it.
