Rawa kesari with cherry toppings

Method
  1. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cashews and raisins till they turn golden yellow.
  2. Boil the water and keep it ready.
  3. Add the rawa and sugar to the cashews and raisins in the pan.
  4. Fry till the rawa turns golden and gives out a sweet aroma.
  5. Add boiled water to the mixture and keep on stirring till the mixture becomes thick.
  6. Powder the cinnamons and add to the mixture and stir.
  7. After the mixture becomes thick, remove from the fire and add cherries as topping.
Ingredients:
1 cup - roasted rawa
1&1/2 cup - sugar (nicely powdered)
1/2 cup - ghee
1&1/2 cup - water
1/2 cup - cashews and raisins
1/2 tsp - saffron essence
4 - cinnamon
Cherries as needed for the toppings
