Method
- Soak the soya beans overnight and crush them in the mixer.
- Take a pan put ghee in it and fry the soya bean mixer for some time.
- Add milk and let it cook.
- As the mixture gets drier, add mawa and sugar.
- Sprinkle cardomom powder mix well.
Ingredients:
250g - soaked soya beans
100g - sugar
1/4 litre - milk
100g - mawa
1/4 tsp - cardomom powder
1 cup - ghee
