Cauliflower, mung vadis and green peas medley

Method
  1. Soak the cauliflower in hot salted water so that if there are any worms, they would come out
  2. In a pan take oil and splutter jeera, add turmeric powder
  3. Add the onions and saute till it becomes light brown
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, salt and saute till it has blended well.
  5. Cook the cauliflower, peas and vadis by covering with a lid
  6. Once cooked, add chilli powder, pao bhaji masala and mix well
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Ingredients:
1/2 cauliflower cut into small flowerets
2 Onions chopped fine
1 1/2 tomatoes chopped fine
1 tbsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tsp pao bhaji masala
2 tbsp tomato puree
moong dal vadi cup roasted
1/2 green peas cup
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp turmeric powder
chopped coriander to garnish
