1 tsp - ajwain seeds (carum seeds)
3 tbsp - fresh coriander leaves, chopped
� tsp - caraway seeds
2 tbsp - roasted gram flour
5 tbsp - yoghurt
oil for basting
chaat masala for garnish
coriander leaves
chopped for garnish
salt to taste
