Method-
Put the sliced ash gourd, cucumber, leaves, and the green chilly (optional). Extract the juice.

Squeeze lime juice, and stir.

This is an excellent health drink and a detox. This is perfect for weight watchers and those on a diet.
Variations: Can add 2 o r 3 carrots, 1 snake gourd and 3 or 4 garlic cloves.
Ingredients:
Ash Gourd - 250 gm, peeled and cut lengthwise
Cucumber - 1, peeled and cut lengthwise
Ivy gourd - A hand full
Coriander leaves, curry leaves, mint leaves - A little
Green chilly - 1 (optional, just for making the drink spicy)
Lemon juice - 1
