Method
Slit the bhendi, keep aside.
Fry the nuts and grind with chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder.
Add 1 tbsp oil tot he powders and mix well.
Stuff masala in the bhendi & shallow fry.
Goes well with chapatti or dal rice.
