Method

Grind onion pieces, green chillies, 1 clove, 1 cardamom, make a paste and keep aside.

Keep the florets in boiling water and take out and cook them with greenpeas (fresh or soaked before night).

Take 1 tablespoon oil in kadai and after heating add 1/2 spoon jeera and add curry leaves and pudina. Saute for a while.

Now add the ground paste and saute.

After 2 minutes add cooked florets and green peas.

Cook for a while and add salt. Garnish with coriander and serve with phulka or chapati.
Ingredients:
Cauliflower florets - 2 cups
Greenpeas - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1
Ginger - small piece
Cardamom - 1
Clove - 1
Green chilly - 2
Curry leaves few
Coriander few
Pudina - 5 leaves
Salt as per taste
