Cauliflower in red sauce

Method
  1. Cut cauliflower into flowerets.
  2. Rub garlic-onion paste along with salt and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a heavy pan, saute cauliflower on high heat and remove.
  4. Add the remaining oil, fry the onion, when brown, add the tomato puree, salt, green chillies and the cashew paste.
  5. Bring to boil and add the cauliflower.
  6. Cook on a slow fire for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Before serving add the cardamom-cinnamon paste and mix thoroughly.
Ingredients:
1 small cauliflower
1 cup tomato puree
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
1 tbsp onion garlic paste
A few cashew nuts ground finely
1 onion chopped finely
2 green chillies chopped finely
1 tsp cardamom & 1/2 tsp cinnamon paste
