Method
  1. Take cornflour and add 1teaspoon tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons chilly sauce,1/2 teaspoon soya sauce, salt according to taste and add water.
  2. Dip paneer cube in cornflour and deep fry and keep it aside.
  3. Now take 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the onion till it becomes light pink in colour.
  4. Now add green chillies, ginger, garlic and capsicum.
  5. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add the soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, chilli powder, food colour and saute for a few seconds.
  7. Now add the fried paneer and mix it well with Chinese salt, normal salt and pepper.

15 square cubes paneer
1 capsicum
Onion
Ginger
Garlic
Green chilly
2 tbsp-cornflour
Tomato sauce
Soya sauce
Chilly sauce
Food color
Salt
Water
Oil (deep fry)
