Chinese Fried Rice

Method
  1. Cook the rice and keep aside (Don`t over cook)
  2. First fry the onion in the oil.
  3. Once the onion is light brown in colour, add the other vegetables.
  4. Add soya sauce, pepper, vinegar, salt and stir well.
  5. Now mix the cooked rice with the vegetables and serve hot with sweet sour vegetable gravy.
Ingredients:
2 cups - basmati rice
100g - beans, finely chopped
2 - carrots, finely chopped
1 - onion, finely chopped
100g - cabbage, finely chopped
1 - capsicum, finely chopped
2 - spring onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp - soya sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp - oil
1 tbsp - vinegar
