Chouli ki sabzi

Method
  1. Wash and cut chouli into 1 inch long pieces and then pressure cook with turmeric.
  2. Grind coconut, roasted peanuts, red chilli powder, cumin and asafoetida.
  3. Take a pan and heat oil in it.
  4. Add mustard and then add boiled chouli and gound paste.
  5. Add curry leaves and salt to taste.
  6. Cook for 4-5 mins.
  7. Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
Ingredients:
250gm - chouli (long beans)
1 cup - grated coconut
Roasted peanuts, a handful
2 tsp - red chilli powder
1 tsp - cumin
1/2 tsp - turmeric
Salt to taste
3 tbsp - oil
1 tsp - mustard
Asafoetida - a pinch
Curry leaves
