Method
- Mix boiled channa, soya sauce and maida together and deep fry in oil.
- Heat a tbsp of the same oil. Fry onion, red chilli and chopped green chillies.
- Saute well and then add the fried channa.
- Finally add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, lime juice and salt to taste.
- Mix well, remove from heat and serve hot.
