Method
  1. Wash, peel and cut carrots, laukiand potato into 1 cm pieces.
  2. Cut cauliflower florets and keep aside.
  3. Cut beans into 1&1/2 cm pieces.
  4. Dice tomatoes into 8 and cut cabbage into 1&1/2 cm pieces.
  5. Deseed and cut capsicum into 1&1/2 cm pieces.
  6. Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add bay leaf, pepper powder and fry.
  7. Add vegetables, cumin powder and salt and mix well.
  8. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
  9. Remove from heat and serve.

1 - carrot
1/4 - lauki
1/4 cauliflower
1/4 - cabbage
10 - beans
1 - potato
1 - tomato
1/2 - capsicum
1 tsp - oil
1 - bayleaf
1 tsp - pepper powder
1/4 tsp - cumin powder
Salt to taste
