Method
Wash, peel and cut carrots, laukiand potato into 1 cm pieces.
Cut cauliflower florets and keep aside.
Cut beans into 1&1/2 cm pieces.
Dice tomatoes into 8 and cut cabbage into 1&1/2 cm pieces.
Deseed and cut capsicum into 1&1/2 cm pieces.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add bay leaf, pepper powder and fry.
Add vegetables, cumin powder and salt and mix well.
Cover and cook for 5 mins.
Remove from heat and serve.
