Instant Mango pickle

Method
  1. Boil the mustard oil and keep aside to cool.
  2. Take a bowl, add the mango pieces, mustard dal, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida and salt.
  3. Mix well and then add the cooled mustard oil.
  4. The pickle is ready but it does not last for long.
Ingredients:
250g - raw mango pieces
4 tbsp - mustard oil
1 tsp - asafoetida
75g - mustard seeds dal
50g - red chilli kashmiri powder
20g - salt
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
