1 kg + 50 gms - paneer, grated
1 tsp - black cumin seeds
1 tsp - white pepper
2 tsp - garam masala
5 tsp - lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/2 cup - cream
3/4 cup - yoghurt, hung
2 tbsp - cornflour
4 tsp - dry fenugreek
2 tsp - chaat masala
2 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
2 tsp - red chilli powder
Butter to baste
