Method
1) Grate half portion of a tight Bottle gaurd
2) Squeeze the grated portion and drain the excess water
3) Add gram flour, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander
4) Add salt to taste, coriander powder, indian curry powder
5) Grate 3-4 heaped spoon full of cheese
6) The batter is ready. No need to add water. The bottle guard itself has enough water in it
7) Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan
8) Make small balls of the batter and fry till golden brown
9) Drain excess oil
10) Serve hot with tomato ketchup
This dish goes awesomely well in an cocktail party or even on a nice rainy day
