Method
Shell green peas.
Heat ghee in a pressure pan, add cumin, chilli powder, mava and curd.
Fry on slow flame for about 10 mins
Add peas, coriander powder and salt; crushed cardamom, saffron and garam masala.
Close lid and cook upto 1 whistle.
Serve garnished with chopped coriander
