Method
  1. Grate cucumber and add salt to it.
  2. Grind together coconut, cumin seeds and green chillies into a paste.
  3. Add the above paste and curd to the grated cucumber and mix well.
  4. Splutter mustard seeds and saute curry leaves in coconut oil and add it to cucumber.
Ingredients:
1 - cucumber
1/2 of one - coconut
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
3 - green chillies
1 cup - curd/yogurt
Salt as required
1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
Curry leaves, as required
Coconut oil, as required
