Parsi style pumpkin

Method
  1. Add the ginger, green chillies, tomatoes, onions and coriander leaves to the pumpkin. Mix well and keep aside.
  2. Beat the yoghurt with salt and sugar and chill the yoghurt mixture.
  3. Sprinkle the roasted cumin seed powder on the yoghurt and serve chilled.

Note: It is an extremely cooling dish and ideal for weight watchers

Ingredients:
2 cups red pumpkin (cubed and boiled)
1 tomato (finely chopped)
2 tbsp. coriander leaves (chopped)
2 nos. green chillies (chopped)
1 tsp. ginger, grated
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 tsp. cumin powder, roasted
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
