Combine pear and pomegranate in a bowl, mix well and keep aside.
Heat the oil in a non- stick pan on a medium flame, add the pomegranate juice, lemon juice, honey and pepper powder and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or till it thickens slightly.
Pour this warm dressing over the salad and mix well.
Ingredients: 1&1/2 cups pear, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tsp olive oil
3/4 tsp honey
2 tbsp pomegranate juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
A pinch of ground black pepper
