Method
  1. Boil the potatoes, peel the skin & mash it
  2. Fry the potatoes with few ghee till the raw smell exits
  3. Boil the milk well, add the potato paste and sugar and stir well
  4. Fry the dry fruits and mix with this and serve
Ingredients:
1/2 kg - potato
1 litre - milk
2 tsp - dry fruits, chopped (cashew nut, almond, grapes etc)
1 cup - sugar
Ghee to fry dry fruits and potato
