Method
Peel and slice ginger, garlic and onion.
Slit green chillies into two.
Heat oil, saute sliced onion, add haldi and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add garlic, ginger, curry leaves, green chillies and vegetables.
Extract coconut milk twice.
Now add the second extract of coconut milk and salt and cook gradually.
When vegetables are cooked add the first extract of coconut milk.
Bring to a boil, add lime juice and vinegar.
