Scrambled tofu

Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan, saute chopped onions until tender.
  2. Add tomatoes with juice and crumbled tofu.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and turmeric.
  4. Reduce heat, and simmer for 5 mins.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander ad serve.

1 tbsp oil
1 white onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 packet tofu, drained and crumbled
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
