Sichuan style baby corn

Method
  1. Mix together flour, corn flour, salt, & chilly paste.
  2. Deep fry till baby corn cooked.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, garlic saute well.
  4. Add chilly paste, soy sauce, sugar and ketchup.
  5. Add baby corn, toss well adjust seasoning.
  6. Add spring onion. Mix & serve hot.
Ingredients:
200g - baby corn
150g - corn flour
100g - maida
20g - chilli paste
20g - tomato ketchup
10g - sugar
100g - spring onions
10ml - soya sauce
50g - onion, chopped
10g - garlic chopped
50ml - oil to fry
