Vegetable ginger fry

Method
  1. In a large pan, heat oil and saute onions.
  2. Add grated ginger and chopped garlic.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets, carrot, cabbage and beans and toss lightly, sprinkling water now and then.
  4. Add the soy sauce and salt and cook till the vegetables are tender.

Ingredients:
1 inch ginger
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup carrot, diced
1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 cup beans
1/4 cup onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
2 tbsp water
