Onion tomato gravy

Method
  1. Chop onion, tomatoes and green chillies.
  2. Cook the above for 5 mins.
  3. Add turmeric powder, salt and allow to boil on a medium flame for 5 min.
  4. Add some water to the besan and pour it into the gravy.
  5. Simmer for 5 min till the gravy is thick.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with dosa and rotis.
Ingredients:
2 - big tomatoes
2 - big onions
2 - green chillies
Coriander leaves, a little
2 tsp - besan or gram flour
Salt to taste
