Method
- Chop onion, tomatoes and green chillies.
- Cook the above for 5 mins.
- Add turmeric powder, salt and allow to boil on a medium flame for 5 min.
- Add some water to the besan and pour it into the gravy.
- Simmer for 5 min till the gravy is thick.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with dosa and rotis.
Ingredients:
2 - big tomatoes
2 - big onions
2 - green chillies
Coriander leaves, a little
2 tsp - besan or gram flour
Salt to taste
