Method
- Take a vessel and cook the spinach, keep it aside.
- Take a frying pan and 1 tbsp of oil.
- Fry the chopped onions and green chillies and make a paste.
- Then take a pan and heat 3 to 4 tbsp of oil.
- Fry the onion and chilli paste till it turns golden brown
- Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
- To this add palak paste and cook for 3 min.
- Later add boiled mushrooms to it and cook for 6 min.
- Now add ajinomotto and sugar and coriander powder and allow it cook for 2 min.
- Now remove the pan from stove and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Add cream and butter and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves

5 bunches - spinach
100g - button mushrooms
15 - green chillies
1 bunch - coriander leaves
1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
1 - onion
1 tbsp - coriander powder
10 - curry leaves
1/4 tbsp - sugar
1/4 tbsp - ajinomotto
2 tbsp - cream
2 tbsp - butter
salt and oil as required
