Fried Bean Sprouts

Method

  1. Wash and Drain bean sprouts

  2. heat oil in wok
  3. Saute garlic and spring onion for a minute

  4. Add bean sprouts
  5. Stir-fry for a minutes
  6. Add all the sauces and remaining ingredients

  7. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes

  8. Serve hot

Ingredients:

1/4 kg fresh bean spouts
1�cup diagonally�sliced spring onion
2�tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic
