Wash and Drain bean sprouts
Saute garlic and spring onion for a minute
Add all the sauces and remaining ingredients
Stir-fry for another 2 minutes
1/4 kg fresh bean spouts
1�cup diagonally�sliced spring onion
2�tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic
